Rooted in Eagle Pass,

Perla's was born from a simple belief: a great cup of coffee and a well-made drink don't need a fancy address to be worth your time. We opened our doors on Clavel Street to give our neighbors a space that feels like theirs — quiet enough to read, lively enough to linger.

Our baristas pull every shot with care. Our mixers respect the craft. And our kitchen keeps things simple: fresh ingredients, honest flavors, nothing rushed. Whether you're grabbing a morning pour-over or settling in for an evening old fashioned, you're welcome here.
